UPCOMING PROGRAMS
The eight-week “Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction” Program consisting of eight, 2.5 hour sessions as well as a ‘retreat’ day which falls on a weekend day between sessions six and seven. I offer a (no cost) 1.5 hour Introductory program prior to the start of each program providing an opportunity to learn about the program and ask questions. Materials provided: Jon Kabat-Zinn’s “Full Catastrophe Living” book; a bountiful workbook and three CDs (personally recorded) offering the various practices presented in the classes. If you fully commit to this work, you can expect approximately one hour of homework a day. This course is generally offered every quarter with both a day time and evening program option.

You can expect homework reading and practices of thirty minutes a day. This program is generally offered every quarter with an evening option.
