PSYCHOTHERAPY

Picture
I am a psychotherapist and “Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction” Program facilitator/teacher, and have been practicing, offering and teaching therapeutic mind-body-spiritual practices for over 20 years.  Trained in the “Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction” program by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD  in 1998, I have been offering the program in a variety of formats to an array of individuals, groups and organizations consistently ever since (i.e., the past 15 years).

I have a M.Ed. and MSW from The Ohio State University and am a LISW.  Continued practice and study with teachers of this tradition, as well as other related traditions, is very important to me and ultimately, for those I serve.

Additionally, as a licensed independent clinical social worker, I offer individual therapeutic counseling consultations.  Having knowledge of and experience with various Integrative therapies and approaches, I am often called upon for guidance and coaching to support a client’s exploration for healing and health.

I am based in Columbus, Ohio.
